Payment

Payments must be made up front for all custom/commission orders.  For all other orders, payment must be paid prior to shipment.

Shipping

  • LOCAL PICK UPS ARE WELCOME.
  • For PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ARTWORK, please contact us for estimated completion time and cost.  The length of time needed to complete will depend on the size of the painting and complexity.
  • Debit and credit card payments are welcome.
  • We ship standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  If you need expedited shipping there is an additional shipping cost.

International Customers

McCartney Fine Art does not collect custom fees from you when billing for the art. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations.  There is no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We cannot be dishonest on the customs forms, and mark it as a gift when it is not. This is illegal. The value declared on your package will be what you paid for the item. (Less shipping)

Refunds and Exchanges

  • All sales are final on custom orders.
  • All other items are reviewed on an individual basis, and may be exchanged for store credit.
  • If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item.  All art is insured and a photo of the damage is needed to collect on the insurance from the courier before a refund can be issued.
  • If the customer damages the artwork or has an accident after they purchase, we are not responsible in refunding your money.  You must handle the artwork with care and keep out of direct sunlight.  Long term exposure to direct sunlight can cause paintings to crack and fade in color.  Please do not drop the metal art as it can bend the edges.
  • We are unable to accept returns for orders that took longer than expected to arrive. Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed, especially for international customers.
  • Paintings are sold unframed.  If you would like to have the art framed prior to shipping there is an extra cost.

Policy for Using Copyright

  • Artwork is the design and idea of Kathy McCartney, and therefore copyrighted.
  • Original ideas can be reproduced in any format you desire; giclee prints on metal, canvas or paper.  Please contact us if you want any original artwork reproduced.
  • Artwork is available for art licensing. Please contact us to discuss terms.
  • Kathy is available to do artwork/illustrations for books.
